Subject: Approve Inspection Agreement with Kelseyville Christian Academy and Authorize the Chair to sign.
Executive Summary:
Pursuant to the County’s approval of a Major Use Permit (MUP 21-52) for Kelseyville Christian Academy, Assessor’s Parcel No. 008-061-72, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 5808 Live Oak Drive, Kelseyville
Description of project is: Construction of frontage improvements along Live Oak Drive.
