Subject: Approve California Mental Health Services Authority Participation Agreement for Data Archive Solution in the amount of $58,704.00 for Fiscal Year 2023-26 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
As promised, the California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) has developed a data archive solution for counties that migrated to the Semi-Statewide Enterprise Health Record. This solution will migrate all our existing electronic health records into a electronic store warehouse that can be accessed by the current electronic health record. This will complete the final phase of retiring the old electronic health record, Anasazi.
This is exempt from competitive bidding as CalMHSA is a sole-source provider of this service and functionality.
