Executive Summary:
The Plans and Specifications for the Hill Road PM 7.75 Landslide Repair Project are complete, and a copy has been filed with the Clerk of the Board.
The construction estimate is approximately $4,005,527.00.
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) provides funds to eligible projects through the Emergency Relief Program (ER). Therefore, this project is 100% funded for construction with Federal and State funds.

Recommended Action:
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Plans and Specifications and authorize the Public Works Director / Assistant Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids once authorization to proceed with construction phase is received from Caltrans.
