Executive Summary: Contract Change Order No. 1 (CCO #1) balances all contract bid items to reflect actual final in-place quantities. The net change to the contract is -$26,186.00 for a final contract amount of $424,610.00. Special Districts requests that the BOS approve and sign CCO #1 for the revised contract amount.
