Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Special Districts Administrator to Sign the Notice of Completion for the CSA #2 Spring Valley Water Quail Trail Water Main Replacement Project, Bid No. SD 22-24.

Executive Summary: The work on the Spring Valley Quail Trail Water Main Replacement Project was satisfactorily completed on January 24, 2023. The project was put into suspension at that time while Special Districts worked with PG&E on their road restoration plan related to undergrounding their facilities on this road. Due to grant funding deadlines the project needs to be closed out prior to final paving being completed. Paving restoration will be completed as a requirement of the PG&E underground project.
