Subject: Adopt Resolution Approving Agreement No. 23-SD17 with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for compliance with the Seed Services program for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024

Executive Summary:

I ask the Board to adopt the attached Resolution approving the Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the Seed Services Program in Lake County from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. The agreement amount is $100.00 as outlined in the California Seed Law memorandum of understanding.

Should the board adopt this resolution, please have the chair sign, and return one original copy of the agreement, and one copy of the board resolution and return them to the Department of Agriculture for processing. A signed complete copy will be returned for your records.
