Subject:                     Approve eighth amendment to contract between County of Lake and Ewing and Associates for the Child Welfare Services Parking Lot located on South Forbes Street in Lakeport, for the amount of $4,800 from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, and authorize the Chair to sign.

 

 

Executive Summary:

The Department of Social Services has leased this portion of the Ewing and Associates parking lot since 2001 to provide parking for our Child Welfare Services staff. This Amendment extends the lease for 1 year, and there is no increase to the monthly rent of $400.
