Executive Summary:
The Lake County Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as a community needs fiscal agent, administering grants for essential community projects, including low-income housing programs and initiatives that promote community resilience and equitable development.
?In times of disaster, the foundation can swiftly respond to emergent needs, efficiently channeling resources to support relief efforts, rebuilding infrastructure and aiding affected individuals and families.

Our mission is to empower and uplift communities in Lake County, nurturing lasting, sustainable transformation, diminishing disparities, and enriching the overall well-being of the community.
