Subject: Consideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement Between the County of Lake and Vista Pacifica Enterprises, INC. for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services in the amount of $300,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Executive Summary:
Vista Pacifica provides facilities licensed by the State of California as an Institution for Mental Disease (IMD) that includes Skilled Nursing and Special Treatment programs for adults. This is one of very few facilities in California that provide these type of services. We are responsible to pay for the care of individuals who require this high level of care by Statute. These services are Medi-Cal reimbursable. The reimbursement rate depends on the beneficiary's aid code.
