Subject: A) Adopt Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake Adopting an Amended Conflict of Interest Code for the County of Lake B) Adopt Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake Approving Conflict of Interest Codes of Certain Local Agencies Located Wholly Within the County

 

 

Executive Summary:

 

The Political Reform Act requires every County agency to review its conflict of interest code biennially and to notify the code reviewing body if their current code is accurate, or alternatively, that their code must be amended.  Pursuant to Government Code Section

Code Section 82011, subdivision (b) the Board of Supervisors is the Code reviewing body for all county agencies and all local government agencies, whose jurisdiction is wholly within the County.

 

Item A:

Submitted for your review and approval is an update to the County Conflict of Interest Code prepared in 2024 and reflects all changes received by the County Clerk. Attached are the Conflict of Interest Codes for the County of Lake agencies which have been compiled based on agency request through the County eDisclosure ClerkDocs system. 

 

Exhibit A & B includes all positions required under the County of Lake Conflict of Interest Code and the disclosure category descriptions provided as additional information to your Board. 

 

Item B:

Submitted for your review and approval is an update to the Conflict of Interest Code prepared in 2024 for certain Local Agencies and reflects all changes received by the County Clerk.  Attached are the Conflict of Interest Codes for the Local agencies which have been compiled based on agency request through the County eDisclosure ClerkDocs system.

 

Exhibit A & B includes all positions required under the County of Lake Conflict of Interest Code and the disclosure category descriptions provided as additional information to your Board.
