The attached resolution titled “Adopt Resolution Accepting Official Canvass of the General Election Held on November 5, 2024; Declaring Certain County Official Duly Elected; and Declaring the Results to Each Measure Under the Board’s Jurisdiction”; the Certification of Registrar of Voters of the Results of the Canvass of the November 5, 2024, General Election; the Help America Vote Act of 2002 Certification of Elections Official; and the Certification of the results of the 1% Manual Tally; along with the Statement of Votes and a Cumulative Results Report is being submitted for your Board’s approval pursuant to Section 15372 of the California Elections Code.
