Executive Summary:
The continued funding from PHI will help to support the work of SafeRx thru its Coalition of local agencies. Focus on coordinating and aligning projects, community events and funds to increase harm reduction and education in the community with the goal of reducing substance use and overdoses in Lake County.
Funds are released based on milestone achievement and will total $45,000
