Subject: Adopt Resolution Rescinding Resolution 2025-23, and Adopting Resolution Making Amendments to the Health and Safety Element of the Lake County General Plan (GPA 25-01).
Executive Summary: The Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-23 on December 8, 2023. That Resolution had an error in citing an outdated Resolution. The original resolution cited was 2016-74 and should have cited 2023-139. Staff requests the Board of Supervisors rescind Resolution 2025-23 due to this error. Adopting this Resolution will correct the error and allow for compliance with AB 2140 in the General Plan’s Health and Safety Element.
