Executive Summary:
Lake County Public Health is requesting your Board’s approval to send Deputy Public Health Director Kim Tangermann to Wakarusa, Indiana from October 14 to October 16, 2024, to perform an onsite and final inspection of Public Health’s new mobile medical unit, as required in the selected quotation and reviewed by your Board on January 9, 2024.
We estimate the cost of the trip not to exceed $2,200 to include mileage to and from the airport, parking, airfare, lodging, transportation at the location, and per diem rates for meals.
