Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services Department was presented with the opportunity to expand the footprint of the Big Oak Peer Support Center presently located at 13300 East Highway 20, Unit O in Clearlake Oaks. The Department served 6,114 unduplicated people out of this Center in FY 2021-22. Services include linkages to services and supports, Coordinated Entry for housing services, and collaboration with Adventist Health for the Shower Trailer and nursing services, as well as the Department of Social Services for mobile benefits enrollment. The space needs for the center presently exceed capacity and so we are excited about the opportunity to expand into the unit next door.
