Subject: Approve Resolution of the Governing Board of the Lakeport Unified School District Ordering an Election to Authorize the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Establishing Specifications of the Election Order, and Requesting Consolidation with Other Elections Occurring on June 2, 2026
Executive Summary:
The Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Governing Board of the Lakeport Unified School District is being submitted for your Board’s approval pursuant to Section 10400 et seq. of the Elections Code, State of California. The School District requests the Board of Supervisors to permit the Registrar of Voters to render all services necessary to conduct the Lakeport Unified School District’s School Bond Election and the School District agrees to reimburse the County of Lake in full upon presentation of the bill.
