Subject: Approve Change Order No. 1 with Wylatti Resource Management, for FEMA FMAG Culvert Replacement No. 3 Project, Federal Project No. Fema-5189-FM-CA, Bid No. 21-04 for a decrease of $9,124.48 and a Revised Contract Amount of $246,737.30
Executive Summary:
Attached for the Board’s review and approval is Contract Change Order (CCO) 1 for the subject project.
Contract Change Order No. 1 addresses the need to eliminate headwalls on sites 42 & 43 - Harbin Springs Road PM 1.42 and Harbin Springs Road PM 1.72
This results in a decrease of $9,124.48 to the contract amount of $255,861.78 for a revised contract amount of $246,737.30.
This project is funded 75% from the State’s CalOES funds and a 25% local match. Therefore, this project is 100% funded thru construction.

Recommended Action:
Staff recommends approval by the Board of Supervisors of CCO 1 and that the Board authorize the Chair to execute said CCO for a decrease of $9,124.48 and a revised contract amount of $246,737.30.
