Subject: Adopt Resolution Approving Agreement No. 24-0274-000-SA with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for Compliance with the Nursery Inspection Program for Period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, for $ 500.00
Executive Summary:
I would like to ask the Board to adopt the attached Resolution approving the Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the Nursery Inspection Program in Lake County from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The agreement amount is $500.00
The Nursery Inspection Program Agreement provides for reimbursement to inspect nursery stock at all producers/ wholesale nursery locations within the county.
Should the board adopt this resolution, please have the chair sign, and return one copy of the agreement, and one copy of the board resolution and return them to the Department of Agriculture for processing. A signed complete copy will be returned for your records.
