Subject: Consideration of Agreement Between County of Lake and Adventist Health St. Helena and Vallejo for Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital Services and Professional Services Associated with Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalization in the amount of $3,000,000 for Fiscal Years 2023-26
Executive Summary:
This Agreement is needed to render payment for Acute Psychiatric Inpatient Services. These services are fully reimbursable by Medicaid and Medicare.
Lake County Behavioral Health Services continues to place clients for Acute Psychiatric Services at Adventist Health psychiatric facilities. LCBHS conducted a Request for Qualifications with Sutter to ensure they remain in good standing to provide continued services.
