Subject:                     (Sitting as the Board of Directors Lake County Watershed Protection District) Consideration of Contract Change Order No. One (1) with Coleman Construction for 2024 Levee Patrol Road Gravel Repair Project, Upper Lake, CA, Bid No. 25--0693 in the Amount of  $5,444.00, an increase of the total contract amount to $169,256.64 and Authorize the Chair to Sign.

 

Executive Summary:

 

 

Attached for the Board’s review and approval is Contract Change Order (CCO) No. One (1) for subject project. This project generally consists of embankment repair of levee slope and buildup of subgrade to approximately 0.30 miles of levee; subgrade preparation, purchase, delivery, spread, and compaction of aggregate base to approximately 1.27 miles of levee patrol roads. Contract Change Order No. 1 repairs deficiencies to two (2) sites adjacent to the project area and provides additional rehabilitation to 0.05 miles (approximately 175 feet) of levee road. This is an increase of $5,444.00 to the contract price. Sufficient funds are available to pay the amended contract price.
