Executive Summary:

LCBHS annually goes through a robust stakeholder review and community feedback process to identify any changes that are indicated for the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Three Year Plan. The attached update, for FY 2025-26, includes a summary of MHSA, the program planning process, program data and makes some minor modifications to the plan.  The presentation also includes a short discussion of the upcoming Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA), the successor to MHSA, that will begin next year.
