Subject:                     (Sitting as the Lake County Sanitation District Board of Directors) Approve the Sewer Mainline Extension Agreement between the Lake County Sanitation District and Clearlake CIC, LP for the installation of a sewer collection line and associated manhole to serve the proposed development project.

 

Executive Summary:

 

Clearlake CIC, LP is developing Valley Vista Apartments, an 80-unit multi-family housing project located at 15837 Dam Road Extension, Clearlake, within the Lake County Sanitation District service area. To provide wastewater collection and treatment to service the development, the developer proposes to construct a sewer mainline extension, including an associated manhole in accordance with District standards and approved improvement plans.

 

Attached for your review and approval, please find the Mainline Extension Agreement between the County (Lake County Sanitation Districts) and Clearlake CIC, LP, along with the accompanying documents such as: Exhibit A (parcel map), Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Multiple Obligee Rider, and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
