Subject: Consideration of Agreement Between County of Lake and North Valley Behavioral Health for Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital Services and Professional Services Associated with Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalization in the Amount of $900,000.00 for FY 2024-25.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services performed a Request for Qualifications and contractor Risk Assessment and has determined that North Valley Behavioral Health remains in good standing to provide these critical and required services. Significantly, NVBH provides inpatient competency restoration services and services for some individuals on Murphy’s Conservatorship, who are extremely difficult to find placement for.
