Executive Summary:
On September 10, 2024, the Board approved an Agreement with Coleman Construction, Inc. for repair of levee patrol roads. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on October 25, 2024.
Staff recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Water Resources Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the 2024 Levee Patrol Road Gravel Repair Project, Bid No. 25-0693, and authorize the Chair to execute said Resolution.
