Subject:                     Approve Agreement Between County of Lake and Drug Medi-Cal Service Provider Redwood Community Services, Inc. Tule House (SUD) Perinatal Residential Services in the Amount of $131,427.85 for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.

 

Executive Summary:

 

Lake County Behavioral Health Services is pleased to partner with local Medi-Cal SUD service provider, Redwood Community Services, Inc. for ASAM level 3.1, 3.2, and 3.5 services. These are residential treatment services for pregnant/parenting women who meet criteria and can also be used for non-pregnant/parenting women. This contract includes the lease of one dedicated bed as well as an option to purchase additional beds as fee-for-service.

 

We completed a Request for Qualifications and pre-contract risk assessment with the vendor to ensure they are in good standing to provide this required service for beneficiaries.
