Subject: Adopt Resolution Setting a Public Hearing to Name a Certain Existing Unnamed Road in the Middletown Area - Gliderport Road
Executive Summary:
A request has been made by a property owner to name an existing road located off Grange Road in the Middletown area. The road to be named is not in the County-maintained Road System, nor is it proposed to be. The proposed road name is to be for identification purposes only. For the convenience of the Board, a sketch of the road and the request to name this road are attached.
There are no other roads in the County with the name of GLIDERPORT ROAD.
The attached Resolution of Intention sets forth the location and the proposed name of this road.
Your favorable consideration of the Resolution will facilitate a proper name for this existing unnamed road.
