Executive Summary:

 

Attached for your approval, is the Agreement between the Lake County Watershed Protection District (DISTRICT) and EOA, Inc. The Agreement will greatly benefit the Watershed Protection District, and the Cities in bring the County into compliance with our MS4 storm water permit and other Clean Water Act obligations. This project is funded by a grant received from the Blue-Ribbon Committee (administered by the California Natural Resources Agency) and partial contribution from internal cannabis-tax funds. 

 

EOA was selected through an RFP process, to comply with County of Lake and District purchasing policy requirements.

 

This item is not anticipated to be controversial and therefore is being placed as a consent item. This Agreement has been approved by the seven-member Lake County Clean Water Management Council during the April 11, 2024 meeting. 

 

Attached for your review and approval, are the following attachments:

 

1) Contract agreement between EOA, Inc. and County of Lake to complete Stormwater Illicit Discharge Detection Elimination & Stormwater Guidance Development and Management Plan, including Exhibit A, B, & C;

 

The expected completion date of all agreements is January 31, 2029.
