ABATEMENT SUMMARY:

On February 16, 2018 a Notice of Nuisance and Order to Abate and a Do Not Occupy was prepared and posted at 13228 Driftwood Village Clearlake Oaks, CA, and mailed, certified to the property owner of record due to open and outdoor storage of garbage, trash and debris, and a motorhome was being occupied.  The Abatement Notice provided the occupants and owner 30 days to abate the property.

Several attempts were made to encourage the tenants to clean up the property and over time, little progress was noted. Garbage, trash and debris was removed from the property but the motorhome remained parked in the front yard next to the garage.

It was then decided by Code Enforcement staff that further abatement by the County was needed and on September 24, 2018 staff from Code Enforcement contacted Jones Towing to remove the motorhome from the property.
