Subject: Approve Accela Subscription Annual License Renewals from March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024 in the amount of $33,057.85 and authorize the Board Chair to sign.
Executive Summary:
On January 17, 2012, your board approved the Decade Software subscription agreement with terms and conditions, including an annual licensing renewal not to exceed a five percent increase per year.
In November of 2014 Accela acquired Decade Software and continued to honor the active agreement with Health Services. Accela is currently the software used by our Environmental Health Division to record all required inspections, permitting systems, and house all data for the division.
The annual license renewal order form provides continued access to all of these services and records for all Environmental Health staff.
