Subject: Consideration of Amendment Number One (1) to the Agreement between County of Lake and Native American Mental Health Services dba North American Mental Health Services for Telepsychiatry Services for Fiscal Years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 for a new Contract Maximum of $3,875,877.36 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
This Amendment corrects the service dollar amount calculations; all services and Scope of Work remain the same. This results in an increase to the contract maximum of $971,168.88 for a new contract maximum of $3,875,877.36. These services are Medicaid (Medi-Cal) and Medicare reimbursable and required as part of the Department of Health Care Services’ Mental Health Plan Agreement.
