Executive Summary:
On August 26, 2025, the Public Services Department solicited proposals for the servicing and repairs of County-owned heavy equipment at the Eastlake Sanitary Landfill. Staff convened a selection committee to review the two proposals received, and the committee ranked Peterson Tractor Company as the most responsive proposal.
Staff recommends the Board of Supervisors approve the multi-year agreement with Peterson Tractor Company in an amount not-to-exceed $300,000 per year.
