Memorandum

Date:                                          January 10, 2023

To:                                          The Honorable Lake County Board of Supervisors

From:                                          Susan Parker, County Administrative Officer

Matthew Rothstein, Deputy County Administrative Officer

Subject:                     Approve Amendment No. 3 (No Cost Period of Performance Extension) to Agreement Sulphur, Pawnee and Mendocino Complex Wildfires Structural Burn Debris Removal Insurance Cost Recovery & Invoicing in Lake County

Executive Summary:

In late 2019, the County entered into an Agreement with Tetra Tech for Debris Removal Insurance Cost Recovery services.  Delays in approval of FEMA Project Worksheets and delivery of per parcel cost data have extended the period required for appropriate cost recovery.

The attached Amendment extends the Period of Performance through June 30, 2023.  This aligns with all current Project Worksheet deadlines, and, and is expected to be the Final Amendment to your Board’s 2019 Agreement.
