Executive Summary:

 

The Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lakeport is being submitted for your Board’s approval pursuant to Section 10400 et seq. of the Elections Code, State of California. The City of Lakeport requests the Board of Supervisors to permit the Registrar of Voters to render all services necessary to conduct the election and the City agrees to reimburse the County of Lake in full upon presentation of the bill.
