Subject: Approve Agreement Between County of Lake and Konocti Senior Support, Inc. for Senior Support Counseling Services in the Amount of $120,083.00 for Fiscal Years 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services has completed the new Mental Health Services Act Three Year Plan spanning 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26. Senior Peer Counseling has been identified as an ongoing need in this new Three Year Plan. Thus, LCBHS completed a Request for Qualifications and Pre-Contract Risk Assessment to ensure this service provider remains in good standing to provide this needed service.
Of note, the contract presently reflects a budget for 2023-24 fiscal year, only. The contract will be amended prior to the close of the 2023-24 fiscal year to include a budget for fiscal year 2024-25.
