Subject: Consideration of the Agreement Between County of Lake and Clover Valley Guest Home for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services in the Amount of $1,200,000 for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services requests Board approval of an agreement with Clover Valley Guest Home for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00, to provide 24-hour adult residential support and specialty mental health services for individuals with serious mental illness. The contract term is July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
LCBHS has contracted with Clover Valley Guest Home for these services for several years. Clover Valley Guest Home is one of two Board and Care facilities for our clients in Lake County (we contract with both.) Clover Valley served 7 unduplicated clients during FY2024-25.
