Executive Summary:
On April 21, your Board adopted Resolution No. 2026-33 which approved County of Lake Health Services to apply for funding in the amount of $134,000 through the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for fiscal years 2026 through 2028.
County of Lake Health Services later identified an incorrect funding amount and requests to amend the resolution to reflect the correct amount of $204,651.
