Subject: Approve Contract between County of Lake and People Services, Inc. for yard maintenance, in the amount of $9,656.87 per fiscal year from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026, and authorize the Chair to sign.
Executive Summary:
People Services, Inc. provides grounds maintenance to the Anderson Ranch and Employment Service Job Zone buildings in Lower Lake. Services include trash pickup, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed control, and table and walkway cleaning, which are performed on a weekly basis. Contractor also provides drain cleaning each month, and more extensive gardening work twice a year.
DSS issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in which two quotes were received with one refusal. People Services, Inc. submitted the lowest quote and has been chosen for services.
