Subject:                     a) Approve Budget Transfer to Budget Unit 2603 - Code Enforcement for $500.00 from Inventory account 726.38-00 to Capital Asset account 726.62-72; and b) Amend the list of capital assets of the 2024-2025 budget to increase the Code Enforcement Vehicle to $39,906.70, and authorize the Chair to sign.

 

Executive Summary: The budget transfer from 726.38-00, Inventory, to 726.62-72 Cap. FA-Equipment/Autos & Light Trucks, is necessary to pay the invoice for the Code Enforcement vehicle. Regarding purchasing considerations, this purchase falls under Section 2-38.4, as Community Development used Central Garage’s contract/agreement with Freeway Toyota to purchase the vehicle.
