Subject:                     Adopt Resolution Authorizing Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement Between the County of Lake and the Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (BHSOAC), Extending the Contract Through December 31, 2026, and Authorizing the Behavioral Health Director to Sign the Amendment

 

Executive Summary:

This Amendment No. 2 to the Standard Agreement, originally executed on September 28, 2021, extends the contract term from September 30, 2025, to December 31, 2026. Additionally, it formally acknowledges the name change of the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) to the Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (BHSOAC), effective January 1, 2025. All references to MHSOAC in the agreement shall be interpreted as BHSOAC. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement and prior amendment remain unchanged and in full effect.
