Subject:                     Approve a Side Letter to Lake County Safety Employee Association July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2029 MOU

 

Executive Summary:

The Lake County Safety Employees Association requests clarification regarding the procedures for offering overtime, callback, and standby assignments. Supervisors shall offer overtime, callback, and standby opportunities to employees in order of seniority as Peace Officers within the Probation Department. If no Peace Officers are available for the assignment, the opportunities shall then be offered to Probation Program Technicians based on their hire date with the Probation Department.
