Subject:                     Approve Third Amendment to the Lease Agreement between the County of Lake and Lyon Real Estate LLC (Formerly Margaret E. Lyon Survivors Trust) for the premises located at 8555 Hwy 53 in Lower Lake, and authorize the Chair to sign. 

 

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

This Third Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Lyon Real Estate LLC, is necessary to update the Lessor’s title, previously known as Margaret E. Lyon Survivors Trust. The Lease Agreement is for the property that houses the main Social Services building at Anderson Ranch. All other terms and conditions of the Lease remain the same, and the current Lease will expire on June 30, 2027. There is no cost associated with this Amendment.
