EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Attached for your Board’s consideration is Amendment No. 5 with Granicus, Inc. for Agenda Management Services, to adjust the annual compensation amount to $26,723.43. Below is a timeline of our contract agreements:
• On October 8, 2013, your Board approved a contract with Granicus, Inc. for agenda management and government transparency services.
• On December 19, 2018, Contract Amendment No. 1 was approved to include the purchase of encoding hardware and performance accelerator hardware/software.
• On September 17, 2019, Contract Amendment No. 2 was approved to adjust the annual compensation amount to Granicus.
• On July 31, 2020, Contract Amendment No. 3 was approved to add eComment services to the agenda management system.
• On February 6, 2023, Contract Amendment No. 4 was approved to adjust the annual compensation amount to Granicus (this was to address the 2022-23 contract increase).
• Contract Amendment No. 5 will increase the annual compensation amount by $1,748.27 for the 2023-24 contract.
