Subject: Approve First Amendment to Contract between County of Lake and Fiscal Experts for Time Study Service, in the amount of $16,560.00 from June 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and authorize the Chair to sign.
Executive Summary:
Time Study Buddy is a sole source cloud-based study service program provided by Fiscal Experts. The program’s purpose is to maximize federal and state funding by maintaining records of employee hours and activities; allowing LCDSS to easily generate and submit reports to relevant governing authorities.
This first amendment to contract will extend the term by half a year, ensuring there are no gaps in service, and giving staff in the LCDSS Administrative Division enough time to complete the Request for Proposal process needed for a longer contract renewal or new contract.
