Executive Summary:

Lake County Behavioral Health Services respectfully requests the Board’s approval of an agreement with Davis Guest Home, Inc. for Fiscal Year 2025-26, in an amount not to exceed $300,000. The agreement provides adult residential support and specialty mental health services for clients requiring long-term, conserved care in a structured, licensed setting.

Davis Guest Home is a long-standing partner that delivers high-quality care to clients with serious mental illness who need 24-hour supervision and support. Over the past year, the facility has served seven of our conserved clients, providing continuity of care and avoiding unnecessary institutionalization.
