Subject: Consideration of Amendment No.2 to the Agreement Between County of Lake and Davis Guest Home, Inc. for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services in the Amount of $380,000 for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
Executive Summary:
Amendment No. 2 increases the contract maximum by $50,000.00, bringing the total not-to-exceed amount to $380,000.00. This increase supports additional client placements necessary to meet community needs and program objectives through continued provision of adult residential care and specialty mental health services. This follows a prior amendment executed on April 18, 2025, which increased the contract by $100,000.00.
To date, Davis Guest Home has served seven (7) unduplicated beneficiaries over the past fiscal year.
