Subject:                     Approve Amendment No. 1 to Extend the Employment Agreement with Dr. Noemi Doohan for a Term from September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2025 and an Increase in Base Salary from $290,000 to $298,700 for the Period September 1, 2024 Through August 31, 2025 and Authorize the Chair to Sign

 

Executive Summary:  On August 15, 2023, your Board appointed Noemi Doohan M.D. Ph.D. MPH effective September 1, 2023 at $290,000 and authorized the Chair to execute the employment agreement.

 

On May 7, 2024, your Board conducted an employee evaluation with Dr. Noemi Doohan and approved a 1-year extension and a 3 percent increase for the term September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
