Subject: Consideration of (a) Board Appointment of the 2027 Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), Delegate and Alternate; (b) Board Appointment of the 2027 Golden State Connect Authority (GSCA) Board of Directors, Delegate and Alternate; (c) Board Appointment of the 2027 Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) Board of Directors, Delegate and Alternate; and (d) Board Appointment to the 2027 RCRC Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority (ESJPA) Board of Directors, Delegate and Alternate
Executive Summary:
The Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) requests that your Board designate your delegate and alternate for the RCRC Board of Directors for 2027. Similarly, RCRC is requesting that your Board designate your delegate and alternate for the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) Board of Directors for 2027, your delegate and alternate for the California Golden State Connect Authority (GSCA) Board of Directors for 2027 and your delegate and alternate to the Board of Directors for 2027 RCRC Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority (ESJPA). See attached memos from RCRC for additional information.
The current members of the RCRC Boards are as follows:
(a) RCRC Board of Directors: Delegate - Supervisor Crandell; Alternate - Supervisor Rasmussen
(b) RCRC Golden State Finance Authority: Delegate - Supervisor Crandell; Alternate - Supervisor Rasmussen
(c) RCRC Golden State Connect Authority JPA: Delegate - Supervisor Crandell; Alternate - Supervisor Rasmussen
(d) RCRC Environmental Services JPA: Delegate - Supervisor Owen; Alternate - Public Services Director
