Executive Summary: On September 24, 2024, the Board approved the submission of the above-described grant application by the Community Development Department. That date also commenced a 15-day public input period on the application and its narrative describing the proposed tasks and budget. In order to ensure adequate opportunity for the public to participate in this process, this noticed public hearing was scheduled prior to the closing of the public review period on October 9, 2024.
