Executive Summary:
These resolutions and amendments have been drafted with the assistance of Bond Counsel. They were drafted to adjust membership in the Lake County Public Financing Authority in order to correspond with pending changes to the structure of the Lake County Sanitation District (LACOSAN). The Lake County Watershed Protection District will be added as a member of the Authority, and LACOSAN will be removed.
