Subject: Approve the Plans and Specifications for the EOC Drainage Improvement Project, Solicitation No.251262, and Authorize the Interim Public Works Director to Advertise for Bids
Executive Summary:
In accordance with State law and County policy, Board approval of the project plans and specifications is required before advertising for construction. The plans and specifications are available for review at the Public Works Department at 333 Second St. in Lakeport. Following Board authorization to advertise for bids, Public Works will complete a final technical review of the plans, specifications, and cost estimate, and advertise the project for competitive construction bids.
The construction estimate is approximately $125,000.
Funding for this project is provided by a block grant through the California Department of Housing and Community Development, CDBG - DR/MIT HUD.
